We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who sees potential in people and opportunity in every conversation. This is a hybrid role, with team members working onsite at our Glendale, AZ office two days per week.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and help shape the future of our workforce
  • Drive proactive recruitment strategies that attract top talent across both front-line and office-based roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines, including passive candidate engagement and strategic outreach
  • Guide hiring teams through the interview and selection process to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Represent EPCOR at career fairs, industry events, and educational institutions to promote our employer brand
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business leaders on recruitment initiatives and process improvements
  • Leverage technology and data to optimize recruitment outcomes and elevate the candidate experience
  • Champion inclusion & belonging throughout the hiring process
  • Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as requested
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media platforms
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to occasionally travel to sites in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Canada
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and reference verification
